A Personal And Proactive Service

Choosing a proactive service is important in order to process you transactions as quickly as possible, and in order to reduce the risk of transactions falling through. Email and telephone communication are critical components to ensure that we record transaction timelines that are faster than the national average.

We are a national Conveyancing company, but with a difference.  Even though we work with clients from all over the country, we still provide a personal and friendly service that reassures clients throughout the process.

Communication

Communication is so important.  We manage our environment to ensure that there is always someone available at the end of the phone or that we are able to return messages within a reasonable period of time.  We understand how frustrating poor communication can be.  We keep our clients informed at every stage of their transaction and ensure that the client feels supported through what we all know can be a very stressful experience.

No Move No Fee

All of our clients benefit from our No Move No Fee product, adding that extra reassurance that their legal fees will be covered, should the transaction not proceed.

Online Case Tracking

Our online case tracking system is available to our introducers and our client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is directly linked to our conveyancers case management system, providing real-time updates every 10 minutes. Free Sellers Packs

We are always looking at ways to reduce transaction timescales.  With our Free Legal Sellers Packs on sale transactions, we will immediately work with the client to collate all relevant documentation prior to the sale of the property having been agreed. By undertaking this work at this stage, we can shave weeks off the transaction timeline.

Competitive Legal Fees

Our objective is to provide a great conveyancing service.  We are also able to offer our clients extremely competitive legal fees, that represent outstanding value for money.

No Need To Visit Our Offices

Our clients do not have to travel to see their Conveyancer. Our legal teams keep clients informed every step of the way by e-mail, telephone and post.

If clients would like to visit us, our friendly and approachable staff will be only too pleased to facilitate their request.
